Tin Man
The Project
Tin Man is the company's internal processing tool used within the company. Thanks to its automation, our team can process more loans in less time then our competitors. It was used internaly by hundreds of people between sales, underwriting, closing and servicing.
My Contribution
I spent over two years working on this internal, data-heavy tool at Better—refining the UI, improving usability across complex workflows, and building new features to support the ops and product teams’ day-to-day work.

Overview
I don't have a live demo for Tin Man, but just few videos I took every now and then of different states and parts of the app.
Activities
Internal demo showing how the activities feature works.
Pipeline Groups
Internal demo showing how managers could group sales pipelines.
Style Guide
Custom style guide displaying various components used in internal tools.
A page from the style guide, showing the infamouse Piggy preloader, beloved by many. Was sadly sunsetted some time after I was gone.
Initial look
This is how the app looked like before I joined the company. I started working on some parts of the app, like the right sidebar, and the spinning pig loader.
Scrolling issue
Debugging a scrolling issue.
Right sidebar
Shadowing some user running into bugs. It is possible to see in the right sidebar some older parts with weird paddings and some newer parts I had the chance to fix.
